I. purpose:

Mainly used for dealing with waste telecommunication wires, automotive wires, computer wires, telephone lines, household electrical appliances and other non-greasy wires.


2. Introduction of process:

The material is crushed into granules by two-way shear crushing, and then copper and plastic particles are separated by high-precision air separation equipment. The equipment firstly feeds the manually pre-sorted materials (which are strictly forbidden to be oily or unknown) by the operator and then conveys them to the primary crusher for crushing, and then conveys the crushed mixed materials from the primary crusher to the secondary crusher for crushing, and then conveys the crushed materials to the secondary crusher for crushing by the conveyor. Air separator, which separates metal from non-metal by air separator, obtains clean, high purity non-ferrous metal and rubber particles (plastics) and other renewable resources.
